Presentation/Meeting Evaluation

Participant feedback is vital for presenters and facilitators.  Below is one evaluation form that you may want to use.  It assesses your presentation from three different perspectives:

  • PresentationóHow well did you deliver the content?  Was it engaging, organized, effective, and clear?

  • ContentóWas your content relevant, appropriate, and meaningful?

  • ImpactóDid you achieve what you said you would and did learning take place?

Total each set of indicators and calculate an average for each.  This is a simple way to see how three different aspects of your presentation compare.
